Effective date: 30 August 2026 Fanvasia LLC, trading as Travendiq, processes personal data needed to operate the Travendiq marketplace. Data we collect: account and contact details; booking and transaction data; provider business and verification information; messages sent through the platform; device, security and usage information; support requests; and marketing preferences. Why we use it: to create and secure accounts, process bookings and payments, connect customers and providers, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, improve the service and—where permitted—send marketing communications. Sharing: relevant booking data is shared with the provider fulfilling the booking. We also use contracted infrastructure, database, hosting, email, analytics, identity-verification and payment service providers. Data may be disclosed when required by law or during a business reorganisation. International transfers: service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised contractual or legal safeguards. Retention: data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute periods. Your rights: depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent.
