Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 30 August 2026
1. About Travendiq
Travendiq is an online marketplace operated by Fanvasia LLC ("Travendiq", "we", "us"). We connect customers with independent activity, tour, ticket and experience providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provider—not Travendiq—delivers the booked service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and be legally able to enter into a contract. You may not misuse the platform, create fraudulent bookings, interfere with its operation or use another person's account.
3. Bookings and prices
The listing page shows the provider, included services, price, taxes or fees, availability and cancellation conditions. A booking becomes binding when confirmation is issued. Currency conversion shown on the site may be indicative; your payment provider may apply its own rate or fee.
4. Provider responsibility
Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety and delivery of their listings. Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions, age limits, health requirements, meeting times and local laws.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation terms displayed before checkout form part of your booking. Refunds, changes, no-shows and provider cancellations are handled under the applicable listing conditions and our Refund Policy.
6. Platform rules
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fraud, harassment, unlawful content, payment circumvention and attempts to move transactions off-platform are prohibited. We may suspend accounts or listings to protect users or comply with law.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Travendiq is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent providers, force-majeure events, or indirect losses. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
8. Contact and disputes
Contact support@travendiq.com first so we can investigate. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution right available in your country.
